South African holy rollers, HappyFourTwenty are enthusiastic supporters of Hemp awareness. The founder of the group Patrick ‘Kent’ O’Shea says that he renamed his band at the time (A.P.E) after overhearing a guy from California describe the meaning and supposed origin of the common phrase happy four twenty. ‘It was the perfect name for my band’ says O’Shea.
